We work with PCB manufacturers in China specialized in electronics. This enables optimal combination of price, quality and lead times — from simple 2-layer prototype boards to complex multilayer HDI for production.

Prototypes: small batches from 5 pcs with minimum lead times — for testing and design validation before going to production.

Series production: batches from 100 pcs with cost optimization and consistent quality batch to batch.

Single-sided (1L)

Simple boards for basic devices. Minimum cost, fast manufacturing. Ideal for LED drivers, simple power supplies.

Double-sided (2L)

Best choice for most projects. Balance of routing complexity and cost. Suitable for 80% of typical devices.

Multilayer (4-32L)

For complex devices with high-speed interfaces, BGA components, strict EMC requirements. FPGA, processors, memory.

Boards on flexible polyimide substrate. For wearables, moving connections, compact devices with complex geometry.

Gerber files, Drill file, BOM (if assembly needed). We accept output from Altium, KiCad, Eagle, EasyEDA. Not sure about files? We’ll help.

Get quote

Within 24 hours we’ll send price breakdown: board cost, stencil, shipping. Multiple lead time options — choose what fits.

Confirm and pay

Confirm order — we start production. Prototypes usually 100% prepayment, for series — we discuss payment schedule.

Quality control

E-test on every board. On request: AOI, BGA X-ray inspection, photo report. Defects reworked at our expense.

Delivery

Courier in Moscow, shipping across Russia. Tracking number provided. Reliable packaging — boards arrive intact.

Minimum order?
From 5 pcs for prototypes. For series — from 100 pcs, but larger volume means lower per-unit price. Orders of 500+ pcs get substantial savings.
What files are needed?
Gerber RS-274X (all layers), Excellon Drill file, board outline. If assembly needed — BOM and Pick&Place. You can send full project — we’ll generate what’s needed.
Do you do component assembly?
Yes, we can mount components on boards. SMD and THT assembly. You provide components or we source per your BOM. For complex boards — BGA X-ray inspection.
Fastest lead time?
Express production: 24-48 hours manufacturing + delivery. Available for simple 2-layer boards. Costs more than standard, but helps with urgent projects.
Can you make custom requirements?
Yes: custom thickness, blind/buried vias, controlled impedance, edge plating, tight tolerances. We’ll discuss your requirements and propose a solution.
